GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Couples Are Welcome , Guest is requested to present a valid Government address proof id during Check-In.(Both Ids are mandatory).
Guest are requested to take care of their belongings as Resort Management will not be responsible in case of any loss.
According to the government rules Soft Music will be played till 10:00 PM. Personal Music is not allowed on the premises.
DJ Music is not permitted by NGT.
Our standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM & Check-out time - 11:00 AM. Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be given as subject to availability.
Any damage and breakage will be bear by the guest as per resort prices
Outside Visitors are not allowed in the guest room.
Pets are not allowed in the resort.
AC will not work in power backup
License or non-License weapons are strictly prohibited in resort premises.
The package does not include any kind of Transport
Rooms cleaning will be done in presence of guests only.
Consuming Alcohol or any kind of tobacco product is not allowed in a public place.
Linens and towels will be placed during check-in only.
KIDS POLICY:
Rafting Not Applicable for Any Kids
Child below 5 years will be Complimentary (Sharing Parents Bed)
Child between 5-12 years will be charged 50% of the package. He will Get " Extra Mattress"
CHECK-IN TIME:
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in the resort.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time are 10:00
Early check-in and late check-outs are on request and subject to availability.
Guests can check in using any local or outstation ID proof (PAN card not accepted).
Without payment, the booking will be not confirm.
